Water resources

100% of the wastewater is recycled and reused, we even use part of the water source to irrigate the lawn of Manda Winery. Within a year, our water consumption has been reduced by nearly 26%! We have many ways to achieve this goal, including This includes the use of drip irrigation and water monitoring equipment when cultivating the soil.

We have been cultivating our land for a century, this is our history and our future. Therefore, maintaining the long-term health of the vineyard is our top priority. We manage grapes using sustainable viticulture with minimal intervention.
Native vegetation

For more than a decade, we have been working hard to restore the land of Manda Winery to the state of native vegetation, replacing non-native plants and trees with indigenous green plants. This large-scale project covers the land we hold and neighboring ecologically sensitive areas. The project is currently achieving results.

Our goal is a well-balanced vineyard. In order to achieve this goal, we need to control different parameters, such as pruning season, deciduous leaves and thinning fruit, in order to obtain the right harvest, while ensuring the health of the plant. 100% of the grapes are picked by the locals. The parents pass on their experience to their sons, grandchildren and even grandsons. Once the grapes are transported to the wine cellar, they will be soaked in cold water to release a more intense aroma. Then control the temperature. Ferment the fresh grape juice in a stainless steel container. Finally, ferment it into red wine and place it in a medium-sized standard wooden barrel for 6 to 24 months.
