Winery Central Valley Rapel Valley Wine region，Surrounding the foothills of the Andes Mountains. Affected by the Mediterranean climate, it is humid in winter and cool in temperature, hot and dry in summer and high in temperature. The climate is mild in spring and autumn. Due to the influence of the Andes, thermal oscillations of more than 15°C occur during the day and night. At the end of the summer season, the temperature will gradually decrease, allowing the grapes to slowly mature, maintaining the concentration of grape flavor and the optimal ripening of tannins. The soil in the park is mainly alluvial soil. The soil formed by the alluvial water of the glacial river flowing down from the Andes Mountains contains a lot of stones, which is relatively barren, but the drainage is very good, which is conducive to the cultivation of high-quality grapes. The vines of our old vines were planted in 1962, because the older the vines are, the less fruit they produce, which also relatively improves the unit quality of the grapes. When the yield of vines decreases, the distribution of nutrients it absorbs will be more concentrated, and the craftsmanship will be more elaborate when people use them to make wine. This has also resulted in old vine wines of high quality, balanced taste, complex aroma and rich flavor.
