Vinified with Italian aromatic grape Lambrusco, low temperature pressing, filtration and slow-release fermentation, followed by secondary fermentation in barrels to produce rounded and delicate bubbles, rich fruit and wild honey intertwined with citrus, white peach, sorbet and daisy aromas, very high level of acidity and high sugar combined well to produce a sweet, but not greasy sensation.
